For our chewy butter cookie cake vanilla recipe, you don’t need much ingredients. Also this is one of the easiest baking recipes of all times. For this recipe I am using our Kitchenaid standmixer with paddle. I am mixing all ingredients on low speed. This recipe don’t never over mixing. There is only 3 parts to follow. Butter and sugars goes first. Then flour mixed with coarse salt. At last milk and egg wash. All these ingredients make a thick and sticky dough.

There are two ways to bake this recipe. For take away orders, I am baking chewy butter cake vanilla in a foil cake pan. there is another way to bake this recipe. If you have a springform regular size baking pan, you can one as well!
