- 6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1/2 part lemonzest (Organic)
- 1 tsp Sea salt (fresh grated or Fleur de sel)
- 1 tsp extra fine granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Lemon vinaigrette dressing
One of our favorite dressings is Lemon vinaigrette dressing. This dressing is a part of our Pomodoro tomatoe salad and other lettuce recipes. Our lemon dressing taste fresh on every salad. Our tips for this dressing is, use good quality extra virgin olive oil and organic lemon! the lemonzest gives this recipe great aroma! For this recipe we are using organic products and Fleur de sel (French sea salt). Please stay up to date with our recipe, there is more to come which matches this recipe!
For this recipe, use a dressing shaker or oil and vinegar shaker. Add 6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Shake well for about 15 seconds until incorporated.
Add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard and lemonzest of 1/2 lemon. Shake this as well for about 10 seconds.
This dressing needs 1 tsp of extra fine granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp of fresh grated sea salt. (You can use French salt like Fleur the sel as well). Shake well for a couple of seconds.
