- 2 (1 inch sliced) Fresh sheep cheese
- 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil extra vierge
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Shallot onion ( thin sliced)
- 2 tbsp Parmasan reggiano cheese (grated)
- Pinch Fresh grated sea salt
Mixed olives sheep cheese salad
Our Mixed olives sheep cheese salad recipe looks similar like our other greek salad. This salad is with sheep cheese, mixed olives, garlic and shallot onions. With these ingredients, it makes it spicier! Mixed olives sheep cheese salad is good for the summer months with Tapas and other foods. For this recipe we are using organic extra vierge olive oil. This type of olive oil has more flavor and has a thicker structure.
Also we are using fleur de sel which is French sea salt. For this recipe you can use regular sea salt as well. Also we are using fresh olives from the mediterranean store. these olives are better than canned olives. Please see our directions below.
Use medium sized bowl for this recipe and cut sheep cheese in medium sized cubes.
Mince 2 to 3 cloves of garlic and add this to the bowl
Thin slice 1 shallot onion and add this too!
Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of extra vierge olive oil and mix well.
Season this with a pinch of sea salt
Add green and black olives to the batch and mix.
Finish this with fresh grated Parmasan Reggiano cheese.
Optional is chopping 6 leaves of Parsley to the batch or other fresh herbs of choice.
