  • 3/4 lbs Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Raspberry jam macaron filling

 Raspberry Jam macarons filling is a homemade Jam for baking recipes. You can use this recipe for breakfast, brunch, and high tea as well. Raspberry Jam for macarons is a homemade recipe made of frozen raspberries. This recipe doesn’t need much ingredients. For this recipe you need a Teflon medium size pan, wooden spoon and a spatula. For this recipe I am using organic sugar, but when you use extra fine granulated sugar will be fine as well. The fresh lemon juice give this raspberry jam macaron filling a fresh taste. I am using this recipe as well for cake filling. I am cutting a cake in 3 layers and use the bottom part for raspberry jam. When you have desserts or breakfast yogurt, use half table spoon and mix this with dairy.

  1. Defrost 2/3 lbs of frozen raspberries and rinse with water.
  2. Use a medium size teflon pan and put on low fire raspberries and 1 cup extra fine granulated sugar. Stir with a wooden spoon until sugar solves.
  3. Take it of the stove and use a stick blender. Blend the raspberries with sugar for 30 to 40 seconds until you see mashed raspberries.
  4. Put it back on the stove on medium fire and add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Use a spatula and stir until it thickens up.
  5. Use for this recipe sterilized jars and fill your jar with hot Raspberry Jam.
  6. Cool off without the lith. When on room temperature. Close the lith and store in the refrigerator.
  7. Label the jar with Raspberry Jam macaron filling or Raspberry jam and date of production.
  8. This recipe is good for 4 to 6 weeks. Always use clean knives or spoons for using this jam.
