Hard boiled eggs

Lately you see alot of instruction videos how to boil an egg! Also these videos show you what to do after boiling. Using cold tab water, ice cubes or adding salt to water. Well the cold tab water is the only thing you need! When you prepare deviled eggs, use a good quality egg! It doesn’t matter when you make guacamole stuffed deviled eggs or another recipe. Use always fresh and free range eggs. Best are organic! Eggs break and are hard to peel when they are old and not free range. Egg white will stick and your egg shell will have dents.

Guacamole ingredients

Guacamole contains avocado, cilantro, lime juice and pepper. For guacamole stuffed deviled eggs, we have changed a few ingredients! We like our deviled eggs creamy and for this we are using always Philadelphia cream cheese! Ripe avocado is soft which makes this a little bit creamy. That’s why we mash this with cream cheese. Cilantro is a fresh herb. We rather use cilantro powder. Cilantro is a strong in flavor! In some countries this herb has a chemical flavor as well. That’s why I advice you to use ground cilantro.
