Macaroni veggie cheese pasta
Our Macaroni veggie cheese pasta contains way more healthier ingredients. Mac and cheese is only pasta with cheese extract sauce. In this blog, I show you how we make our European style of Mac and cheese. For this recipe we use organic elbow macaroni pasta. These are bigger macaroni elbow pasta and they are the best! For our tomatoe sauce you can use canned tomatoes. The better are Pomodoro tomatoes. They come with sauce and at the end you can use a potatoe masher or blender to structure this sauce. For this recipe it is important to use vegetables and herbs. For this recipe we use Kimangi basil or regular basic. The best is fresh instead of dry herbs. To complete this recipe, you can see I am using alot of vegetables! Onions, garlic and parsley is standard. Baby bella mushrooms, leaks and spring onions are important for this recipe too! I cut, chop and mince every vegetable up front and I am ready to stirfry everything with olive oil. For this recipe I am using a stirfry pan or Dutch oven. This is the best way to prepare this meal! Make sure, nothing is going to burn and you are ready to go!
Mixed pasta with veggies and sauce
When the pasta, stirfried vegetables and sauce are ready, it is time to mix and combine! The only thing you need is cheese. For this recipe you can use all kinds of cheese, but we keep this more orignal. Pecorino or Parmasan cheese is what we use. Pecorino is cheese made of sheep milk and has a different flavor than Parmasan cheese. The other alternative is Gouda (grated). When you use this, put your dish in the oven for 10 minutes and you have melted cheese on top.
