Cream cheese garlic herb dip
Our cream cheese garlic herb dip is our creamy spread for many other recipes. We use this cream for lunch with lettuce and we use this as well for our Scandinavian fishcake recipe. This dip does well during game night with Bugles or vegetables too. For this recipe you can use cream cheese with crème fraîche. This cream makes your cream cheese even more soft and smooth. In combination with dry ingredients and condiments your Cream cheese garlic herb dip is ready!
Before you start mixing all these ingredients, weigh or measure everything. This way it is easier to work and check when your cream cheese garlic herb dip isn’t over flavored. Use for this recipa Philadelphia cream cheese or another good quality. The cheaper cream cheese contains more water which makes your dip more moist.
Cream cheese dip with garlic and herbs
Mix 1 package of cream cheese with 2 1/2 tbsp crème fraîche with a spatula until creamy.
Add 1/2 tbsp parsley, 1 tsp dill, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder. Mix all ingredients well with cream cheese.
Add 10 drops of Tabasco hotsauce, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp fresh grated pepper and 8-10 drops of worcestershiresauce. Mix this with a spatula until all ingredients incorporated.
Cream cheese garlic herb dip is ready! Keep this refridged in a closed container.
