  • 7 oz (200 grams) King crabmeat or surimi sticks
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche culinairy cream
  • 1 tsp lemonzest
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp confectioner sugar
  • 1 Hardboiled egg

Creamy crabmeat salad

Whenever you have a party or organize a high tea, Creamy crabmeat salad is the recipe! You can use this for high tea sandwiches, fingerfood recipes or lunch. For this recipe you can use king crab, canned crab or surimi sticks. The only thing you have to do is slicing crabmeat and mix with ingredients. Use for this recipe a free range hard boiled egg and lemonzest. The garlic gives this fish salad more flavor!

For this recipe you don’t have to boil crabmeat, canned or surimi sticks is already cooked fish meat. When you use canned crabmeat. make sure you drain all the juice! Crabmeat for this salad needs to be dry! Then you can mix Creamy crabmeat salad with other ingredients. Measure or weigh all in gredients up front, then you will see this recipe is easier to prepare.   1. Weigh 7 oz (200 grams) of crabmeat or Surimi sticks. (You can use kingcrab canned meat as well). Rinse well and dry with kitchen towel. Slice the crabmeat in small pieces.
  2. Whisk in a seperate bowl 2 tbsp of mayonnaise with 1 tbsp of crème fraîche culinairy cream until smooth!
  3. Mix 1/2 tsp of lemon juice with sliced crabmeat. Then you can use a 1/2 tsp of worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of confectioner sugar and 1 hard boiled egg. cut this egg in an egg slicer horizontal and vertical. (results in little cubes of hard boiled egg).
  5. Mince 1 clove of garlic and mix this with all ingredients. Then you can add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise cream first. Combine well! When the crabmeat salad is too dry, add another tbsp of mayonnaise cream.
  6. Finish this salad with 1 tsp of lemonzest and your Creamy crabmeat salad is ready!

When you finished Creamy crabmeat salad, you can store this for a few hours in the refrigerator. Because this salad has no E numbers, you can use this for the next 3 days.
