  • 12 Medium free range eggs
  • 3 tbsp Creamcheese
  • 1 small onion or shallot onion
  • 1 tsp Dille weed tops
  • 10 to 12 Drops of Maggi seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 4 Pinches of coarse salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • Mayonnaise for decorating (tube mayonnaise)


Creamy deviled eggs for Easter

Deviled cream eggs for Easter holiday is one of the most delicious treat for Easter. You van use them for breakfast, brunch or a snack. this recipe is with creamcheese wich give deviled cream eggs for easter a creamy taste. For this recipe you need a food processor, pipping bag and a nozzle of choice! For this recipe I recommend to use free range eggs or organic. These are easier to peel after boiling.


  1. Use a large pot and boil 12 medium sized free range eggs. When the water boils, set your timer on 11 minutes!
  2. Rinse the boiled eggs in cold tap water and let it rest for about 3 minutes to cool off.
  3. Peel the eggs and lay them back in cold water until use.
  4. Use a food processor and mince a small onion or shallot onion.
  5. Cut the eggs in half and add the egg yolks in the food processor. Use a deviled egg tray or container and store the egg white shells. When you use a deviled egg tray, cover this with plastic film or close the lid of the container.
  6. Pulse the egg yolks with minced onions for about 20 to 30 times until you see the egg yolks crumbles.
  7. Add Dille weed tops, Maggi seasoning, white pepper, sugar, salt and Dijon mustard. Give this a couple of pulses until combined.
  8. Finish this recipe with creamcheese and mayonnaise. Mix this with the food processor until creamy!
  9. Fill a piping bag with nozzle of choice. Store the creamy deviled egg cream in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fill every shell with deviled egg cream.
  10. garnish with mayonnaise or use tangerine fruit parts. This is optional.
