- 5 slices Old white bread
- 2 tbsp Extra vierge olive oil

Crunchy croutons Italian seasoning are homemade croutons with olive oil and sea salt. When you try this recipe, you will never buy croutons from the grocery store! For this recipe you need white bread and remove the bread crust. When cut bread in cubes and season these croutons, you can roast or pre heat on the stove! These croutons are delicous for lettuce, salads and soups. When you use good quality of olive oil, your croutons become less fatty and more crunchy! This recipe is ready within 15 minutes! Use 5 slices of white bread and remove bread crust! Cut bread with a knive in cubes and put them in a medium size bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of Extra vierge olive oil and 1 tbsp of Italian dry seasoning.
Use fresh grated sea salt or Fleur de sel (about 1/2 tsp)
Mix bread cubes with all ingredients until incorporated.
Pre heat a large frying pan on medium fire. Flip the croutons after a few minutes until they are crunchy on both sides!
