Homemade garlic butter

For this recipe you only need a food processor or mini chopper. This mediterranean recipe needs real butter on room temperature and fresh herbs. Garlic is another important ingredient. Use for this recipe unsalted butter. This recipe contains Fleur the sel which is French sea salt. You can use for this recipe as well cosher or regular sea salt. Make sure your garlic cloves are fresh, because aged garlic is more dry. When you can find French garlic that would be the best. This garlic is juicy and is a little pink of color. Those are the best garlic cloves!
