La bastille cheese spread

  1. Use a food processor or mini chopper and mince 2 fresh cloves of garlic and parsley.
  2. Take a medium size bowl and mix 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese with 1 tbsp of creme fraiche culinairy cream.
  3. Add fresh minced garlic and parsley to the batch until combined.
  4. Now you can add dry herbes like 2 tsp of dille weed tops and 2 tsp of chives. Mix until combined.

When you add fresh grated sea salt and pepper melange, be careful! Salt and pepper can be over reacting in flavor when you add too much! That’s why I recommend to taste a little first.
