Marinaded olives Greek feta
Marinaded olives Greek feta is a mediterranean side dish with mixed olives and Greek feta cheese. This delicious side order fits well with Tapas menus or any other mediterranean food. For this recipe I am using garlic parsley green and black olives. I do recommend to avoid jar or can olives. For olives and Feta I am going to a mediterranean store. Their products are fresh and have better quality olives. Also I recommend to use organic or better quality of olive oil. To be exact, extra vierge (extra virgin) is the better type of oil. Grocery stores have brand olive oils, which is most of the time another type of oil with olive extract. These type of olives oils don’t have the thickness and flavor of real olive oil.

Marinaded olives Greek feta is ready. You can store this delicatesse in the refrigerator. Take this out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before use. There is a video on my YOU TUBE channel. You can see how I make this with a string of rosemary. This is pure for the flavor and scent for this recipe (this is optional). For this recipe I am using Fleur de sel. This is the best quality of sea salt from France. This salt is more flaky and you don’t have to grated it. If you have questions about this recipe or want to comment about this recipe.
