- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche culinairy cream
- 1/4 tsp Kurkuma spices
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 10 drops Maggi seasoning

We have several dip sauces with curries. Spicy chennai dip is one of them with ginger and white pepper. Our basic for dips are most of the time mayonnaise with creme fraiche culinairy cream. When you can’t find creme fraiche, you can juist leave it out! This dairy condiment makes dips and sauces more creamy! Spicy chennai dip fit in BBQ, tortilla chips, potatoe chips and vegetable dipping.
Whisk 4 tbsp of mayonnaise with creme fraiche until creamy!
Add all spices and condiments. Whisk well until you have one smooth sauce.

Your dip sauce is ready! Keep the curry dip sauce in a container and in the refrigerator. This sauce is good for 3 to 4 days.
