For this healthy meal replacement recipe, you only need a blender and use it on highspeed. This recipe is for 2 regular sized glasses or one large glass. Whenever you add the fruits with soy milk or almond milk, it will raise in volume.
Almond or soymilk
When I create new protein shakes, I never use regular milk or Ice cream. Most of the time I am using GMO free soymilk. This very neutral and doesn’t come with extra flavors! My flavors need to come from fresh fruit I am using. This protein shake is all about fresh strawberries and coconut puree! In the summertime we have also ice cream recipes on our to do list. Keto strawberry coconut protein shake
You can also try this recipe with mixed berries like raspberries and blackberries. A mix of more berries gives this shake more flavor and these fruits contain anti oxidants. It is vegan and keto at the same time. The best protein you can use is natural or vanilla flavor. A good brand of protein is key! There are brands using gmo and lots of sugar.
